  • Request as many meetings as you wish. Once the meeting requests are accepted, the software matches your availability and automatically schedules your meetings in a public booth, private booth or sponsor suite.
  • Unlike some software systems, Windhover’s partnering software schedules meetings in real time so you don’t have to wait for your meeting request to be scheduled in batches. Meeting slots are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Once you register and pay, you receive a username and password to review the profiles of all attending companies, update your own profile, set your availability, and start viewing other company profiles. Partnering officially opens 6 weeks before the conference.
  • Log into the partnering system often to review your messages. If you wish, you can link the system to your external email address to send you messages when you have a message in the system.
